We welcome licensed beauty and wellness professionals of all specialties, including: hair stylists, colorists, barbers, estheticians, skincare specialists, permanent makeup artists, microbladers, Botox and filler injectors, makeup artists, tattoo artists, nail technicians, massage therapists, and vitamin/wellness injection professionals.
How much does it cost to rent a salon suite at Reed + Willow?

Can I share a suite with a friend?
Yes. We have a variety of suite sharing options at Reed + Willow Salon Studios. 2 beauty professionals can share a single suite and work opposite schedules. There is a small fee but makes running your own business attainable to more people. We also have double suites available. These are designed for those who want to work alongside their friend. Each of these suites is setup with 2 stations and can accommodate up to 4 beauty professionals if you work opposite schedules.
Can I bring my own equipment and decor?
Yes! Your suite is your space to make your own. You may paint and decorate in a way that expresses your own brand. If requested, we provide studio design assistance to help you create a space that reflects your brand and style.
Each suite rental at Reed + Willow includes your private studio space, backwash shampoo bowl, custom cabinetry with integrated phone chargers, color mixing sink, individual climate controls, large break room with FREE laundry, utilities with high speed internet, your own webpage listing on our website, business startup support, studio design assistance, ample parking, vacation time, and 24/7 access to your suite.
What is included with a salon suite rental at Reed + Willow?
Yes. All suite owners at Reed + Willow must hold a valid Missouri state license for their specialty (cosmetology, esthetics, permanent makeup, nursing/medical for injectables, etc.).
Do I need to be licensed to rent a suite?

How do I schedule a tour of the salon studios?
Yes — this is one of the things that sets us apart. We understand that beauty professionals need time off too. We offer 2 weeks free EVERY year so you can take a break without accumulating bills while you're away.
Does Reed + Willow offer vacation time?

Because our suites are home to independently operated businesses, the services available depend on the current suite owners. Services typically available include: haircuts, hair color, highlights, hair extensions, blowouts, facials, chemical peels, SkinPen microneedling, laser treatments, Botox and dermal fillers, professional makeup application, B12 and vitamin injections, and more.
What beauty services are available at Reed + Willow Salon Studios?
Each suite owner manages their own bookings independently. Visit our services pages to find the beauty professional you'd like to work with, click on their bio, then you can book directly with them through the “book an appointment” link on their bio page. Since each beauty professional runs their own business, Reed + Willow does not have access to the booking platforms of all the stylists. The only way to schedule with them is contacting them directly or through their booking links.
How do I book a service at Reed + Willow?
Yes. All suite owners are required to hold valid Missouri state licenses for their specialty. Individual suite owners carry their own professional liability insurance.
Are the beauty professionals at Reed + Willow licensed and insured?
Reed + Willow is independently and locally owned — our owners are your neighbors, not a corporate headquarters in another state. This means faster response times, more flexibility, genuine personal investment in your success, and a real community feel that large national chains can't replicate. Every year we throw a “We survived the holidays” party which ends up being a great bonding experience. Another thing that really sets us apart for the hair-focused beauty professionals is our color processing area. This is dedicated space, outside of your suite, where you can let your clients process while you work with another client. Allowing you to make more money.
